Our vision is to live in a world where environmental protection is a value to society and where people and authorities act consciously and responsibly towards the planet's natural resources, caring for future generations.

We build this world from the fact that the reality around us shows us an advanced degree of pollution and degradation of water, soil and air, the smallest area of ​​forested land in the region, which makes us vulnerable to the consequences of climate change. And this picture is the result of the fact that the protection of the environment is not a priority, de facto, of the state of the Republic of Moldova, the personnel in the institutions enabled by the profile is below the required level of qualification and is dominated by an advanced degree of corruption or trafficking of influence. At the same time, although slower, but in society there is an increasing tendency of interest towards environmental issues, towards water quality, towards waste collection, towards healthy products, eco, etc. This fact encourages the National Environmental Center to continue its mission and to intensify its activities in the field of environmental protection in order to reach that society described in its vision.
