Purpose

   To increase awareness of the youngsters about climate change impacts and adaptation measures.

Main activities

• Developing and collecting a set of educational materials on climate change and dissemination of knowledge in schools in all over the country;
• Ecological expedition (about 9 days long) in sub-basin of the river Răut;
• Developing a number of eco-lessons on the subject of climate changes;
• Several interactive evenings on „Change Climate Change”

Results

• A set of materials as informational support for pre-university education institutions and other organizations developed;
• Organizing the ecological expedition for 25 young people along the river Răut, from the source to the mouth;
• 10 ecological lesson sessions held in 10 high schools on the subject of climate change;
• Conducting interactive-visual evenings with the projection of movies on environmental protection topics.
